How do you know that my business is on a mailing list?
We analyse fax offers and the associated recipient lists that customers submit to us or that circulate publicly. If your fax number or company appears in them, we inform you once – nothing more. We use the data only for this notice and delete it on request.
Why do the senders keep changing their company name?
An objection applies to the sender who receives it. Anyone who writes under a new name, new address and new fax ID pretends to be someone else – and the same list is worked through again. That is why we document every sender, match identifiers and object again with every new name.
Do you also serve companies in Austria, Switzerland or other EU countries?
Yes. Mailing lists do not stop at borders, and neither do we. We write in the respective national language or in English and refer to the law applicable there – the GDPR in the EU, the DSG in Switzerland, the UK GDPR in the United Kingdom. Leak checks of company domains and mailboxes work regardless of country.
