Included are research, technical checks, preparation of letters, deadline monitoring, re-checks and complete documentation. In the Full service, we act ourselves towards the bodies with your power of attorney and receive the replies. With annual payment, the annual fee is billed in advance – you pay ten instead of twelve monthly instalments. There is no setup fee. Under § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged and therefore none is shown.

How to book
Three steps to an active package.
1. Create an account and confirm your e-mail address. 2. Choose a package in the customer area and pay securely via Stripe. 3. Once payment is confirmed, the package is activated – you manage invoices, payment details and cancellation yourself at any time.
We do not store any credit card data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe as a certified payment service provider.

Questions about prices and billing.
How is billing handled?
Paid packages are billed monthly or annually via Stripe – with no setup fee. You manage invoices, payment details and package changes in the Stripe Customer Portal.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Packages run monthly and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month. Your access then remains at the level of the free Initial check.
Are there additional costs per case?
No. Within the package limits (monitored items, checks per month, domains, team seats), cases are included. When the limits are reached, you can switch to a larger package.
What is included in the Initial check?
A first status overview, a limited findings check and leak alerts for up to two monitored items – no payment details and no minimum term.
What happens if an other party does not respond?
We stay on it: every request gets a deadline that we monitor. If it expires, we send a reminder and document every step. In your customer area you can always see where the case stands – with date, reply and proof.
