Cancellation policy
Consumers have the following right of withdrawal when booking a paid package. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
In the case of a contract for services, the right of withdrawal expires if we have performed the service in full and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us. This applies in particular to the one-off setup service if you requested its immediate performance.

Note for businesses
The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. For business accounts (packages “Business Basic” and “Business Pro”), the cancellation rules in § 5 of our General Terms and Conditions.
